E-SIGN Disclosure

1. Scope of Disclosure

This disclosure applies to all notices, disclosures, statements, and communications (“Communications”) that Stripe, LLC or its affiliates (“Stripe”) provide regarding Stripe products and services. It covers agreements governing service use and related communications.

By submitting an application or opening an account to use the Services, you consent to: (a) receiving Communications electronically; and (b) using electronic signatures. Withdrawing consent may prevent service access.

2. Communications That Are Covered

Examples include:

• Disclosure statements governing service use
• Legally required disclosures
• Billing statements, receipts, and account history reports
• Letters, notices, and alerts regarding services and changes
• Federal and state tax statements and documents
• Other disclosures connected to application, account maintenance, or fund servicing

3. Methods of Providing Communications

Stripe may deliver Communications by: (a) posting on the Stripe Website; (b) notifying through Services or Stripe Dashboard; (c) text message to listed mobile phone; (d) email to listed email address; or (e) other electronic format. Text and electronic messages may incur carrier charges. Message frequency varies.

4. Electronic Signatures

Stripe may execute Communications electronically. Upon request, you will sign electronically. Communications you or Stripe sign electronically will have the same legal effect as a signed physical document.

5. Hardware and Software Requirements

Access requires:

• Up-to-date internet-connected device
• Current, compatible web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
• Valid email account
• Operating system capable of receiving electronic Communications via email or supported browser
• Storage/printing capability if desired

Users with email spam filters must add Stripe accounts to their address book.

6. Accessibility

Contact Stripe if experiencing viewing or access problems.

7. How to Withdraw Your Consent

You may disable electronic Communications in your Stripe Dashboard, respond “STOP” to Communications, or follow provided instructions. Text “HELP” for assistance. Additionally, withdraw consent by writing to: ATTN: Stripe Support, 354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080 or by contacting stripe.com/contact.

Disabling electronic Communications may remove important security controls and increase business loss risk.

8. Requesting Paper Copies

Request paper copies by contacting Stripe at stripe.com/contact, specifying which Communication and providing your mailing address.

9. Updating Contact Information

You must maintain current contact information, including your primary email address, by logging into your Stripe Dashboard or your LeanPivot Payments account settings.

10. U.S. Federal Law

If located in the U.S., you acknowledge services are subject to the federal “Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act” (E-SIGN Act), and you intend this Act to apply to your consent to receive Communications electronically.

11. LeanPivot Payments Platform Communications

In addition to Stripe's electronic communications described above, LeanPivot Payments may also send you electronic communications regarding your Platform account, including:

• Account status notifications and billing alerts
• Monthly minimum activity fee invoices
• Marketplace approval or restriction notices
• Changes to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or fee structure
• Security and compliance notifications

By using the Platform, you consent to receiving these communications electronically at the email address associated with your account, as described in our Terms of Service (Section 20). To update your contact information, visit your LeanPivot Payments account settings. To opt out of non-essential communications, contact support@leanpivotpayments.com.
